Guests watch as the chef grills a mix of marinated chicken, steak, ribs, and pork, and serves it with a secret barbecue sauce from the “old country.” Also from Italy, the chef adds an authenticity to the pizza. He twirls it for onlookers as the piano man sings, ‘That’s Amore…when the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie.”
